By accessing or using the NeonBridge platform, website, or any services provided by NeonBridge Technologies, Inc. ("NeonBridge", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

NeonBridge provides intelligence and data analytics services related to compute infrastructure, including but not limited to:

  • The Compute Index, a real-time tracking tool for AI and Web3 infrastructure companies
  • Research reports and market analysis
  • Data APIs for platform subscribers
  • Waitlist and early-access programs

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

When you register for a NeonBridge account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell our data or content without written permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent our data feeds
  • Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, data, software, and materials available through NeonBridge, including the Compute Index methodology, data compilations, and visual interfaces, are owned by or licensed to NeonBridge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our express written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NeonBridge provides data and analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing on our platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEONBRIDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
